Mathias Gottwald views entrepreneurship as responsibility — between technology, international networks and the ambition to bring nature, animals and humanity back into stronger harmony.
Attitude
There are people who watch what happens. And there are people who decide to do something about it. Mathias Gottwald belongs to the second group — not out of vanity, but out of conviction. At the center of his work stands GOTT WALD Holding LLC, which functions as the structural roof and strategic mothership for his projects, initiatives and networks.
Mission
His drive follows no superficial growth ideal. Gottwald describes a mission that places technology within a larger context: AI, robotics, crypto and modern systems should deliver tools to bring nature, animals and humanity back into stronger harmony. Behind this stands the conviction that the world has long fallen out of balance — politically, economically, socially and in its relationship to the earth itself.
His sphere of influence is international. At the same time, his personal roots in the DACH region remain tangible — in the radius of Salzburg, Munich, Zurich. Regionally anchored. Globally connected. He thinks in networks, structures and connections across borders.
Character
Much, as he describes it himself, had to be earned the hard way. An early hint of his character can be found as far back as school: in second grade he was described on his report card as "communicatively provocative". What may have jarred back then reads today like a precise foreshadowing. He contradicts when something isn't right. He does not accept conditions simply because they are established.
The Journal
It is precisely from this attitude that the publicistic foundation of this journal arises. It is not meant to become a narrow specialist channel, but a living cross-section of our society: economy, geopolitics, finance, business, systems, internationality, past, present and future — not in separate silos, but as one coherent picture.
