Entrepreneurship is not a concept to me. It is lived reality.
I do not know entrepreneurship from theory. Not from books. Not from safe outside perspectives.
I know it from the inside.
I know the beginning, when nothing existed but an idea, willpower and responsibility. I know hard work, uncertainty, risk and pressure. I know growth, negotiation, leadership and decision-making. I know success not as a narrative, but as experience. And I know the fall not as an abstract possibility, but as reality.
I have built, led, negotiated, lost, won, trusted, carried responsibility and started again. Across borders, markets and systems. With people, challenges and decisions that demanded substance.
I know insolvency. Not as a term. But as reality.
And I know the quiet dignity of a true new beginning.
The 17th of June 2017 changed my life at its very core.
There are moments after which a person is no longer the same. Not in their perception. Not in their feeling. Not in their truth.
Near-death experiences shift the view of life irrevocably. Since that day, I no longer perceive life only in its outer form, but in its depth, its energy and its truth.
I have learned to recognise the inauthentic more clearly. To take the essential more seriously. And to make decisions more consciously.
That is why today I only do what I can truly stand behind in my innermost being.
Not because it is opportune. Not because it sells well. Not because it follows the spirit of the times.
But because I am convinced that we as humans have reached a point where technology must be more than efficiency, control and growth.
Artificial intelligence, blockchain and robotics carry the potential not only to improve processes, but to realign systems entirely. Used correctly, they can help protect nature, rethink animal welfare and bring people closer to health, dignity, purpose and genuine fulfilment.
That is precisely where my work lies. And that is precisely where my mission lies.
I combine entrepreneurial experience with inner depth. Vision with execution. Technology with humanity. Structure with awareness. Responsibility with future.
I do not believe in progress at any cost. I believe in progress with integrity. In progress with substance. In progress that serves life, rather than distancing itself from it.
Because for me, true progress is only progress when it does not separate people from themselves, when it does not further destroy nature, when it does not merely make life more efficient, but more valuable.
This is what I stand for. This is what I am building. And this is what I want to embody with every decision, every project and every structure.

The Beginning Without a Safety Net
I know life without a safety net.
Having to learn early how to deal with uncertainty.
Understanding early what it means to give yourself stability when none comes from the outside.
Perhaps that is precisely why I understand people, pressure, inner turmoil and turning points not from theory —
but from experience.
I know what it feels like when your path is not handed to you.
And I know what can emerge when you keep going regardless.
The School of Life
I do not come from an ivory tower.
I come from real systems, real pressure, real responsibility.
I learned early what performance means:
Presence, precision, pace, quality, leadership.
Where excuses change nothing — and only attitude, clarity and results count.
Not striving to be perfect.
But resilient.
Alert.
Reliable.
Clear.
The Break and the Silence After
I know not only how to build.
I also know loss, upheaval and the feeling when certainties crumble.
There are experiences after which you are no longer the same.
Not outwardly. Inwardly.
Less noise. More truth.
Less outward appearance. More substance.
Since then, I do not look for answers where everyone else is looking —
but where they truly originate.
Against the Current
I was never made to simply repeat what everyone else is saying.
I am not interested in the most comfortable path.
I am interested in what is true.
What endures.
What is coming.
Those who forge their own path are often first ridiculed, then questioned, and eventually understood.
You have to be able to live with that.
Because in the end, every person carries the responsibility for their own life —
not the opinions of others.

Giving up is not an answer.

What carries me
I do not believe in facades, in empty words or in leadership from a safe distance. I believe in lived experience, in clear values and in responsibility that remains standing even when things get difficult. My path was never the easy one — and that is precisely why I do not judge, decide or lead from theory, but from life. I learned responsibility early, experienced highs and lows, built, lost and started again. I know pressure, fractures, real work, real people and real consequences. That is exactly why it is never just about concepts for me, but always about what holds up in reality. What carries me are values: integrity, commitment, clarity, respect, dignity and responsibility. I am not clear because my path was easy. I am clear because I have learned what remains when almost everything else falls away.
