Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between GOTT WALD Holding LLC (“Provider”) and customers (“Client”) for consulting, coaching and advisory services via mathiasgottwald.com.
§ 1 Scope & Contracting Party
The Provider is GOTT WALD Holding LLC, Maseli Street N2a, Office N201, 0141 Tbilisi, Georgia, Reg. No. 400415421, represented by Mathias Gottwald. These T&Cs apply to consumers and businesses. Conflicting terms require express written consent.
§ 2 Services
Advisory & Consulting, Coaching & Mentoring, SMALL TALK, Network & Relocation, FAIRPLAY Program. Service contract (no guaranteed outcome). All services rendered exclusively by GOTT WALD Holding LLC.
§ 3 Contract Formation
Via Calendly booking + confirmation, written order confirmation, or successful payment (SMALL TALK). Contract language: German (authoritative).
§ 4 Prices & Payment
All prices are gross. GOTT WALD Holding LLC is based outside the EU (Georgia) — no EU VAT applies. Reverse charge may apply. Payment via Stripe / Lemon Squeezy, due upon booking.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Withdrawal Notice
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. To withdraw, contact us at office@gottwald.world with a clear statement. We will reimburse all payments within 14 days using the same payment method.
The right of withdrawal expires for fully performed services begun with your express consent and acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal right upon full performance.
§ 6 Performance & Cooperation
Services delivered remotely. Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
§ 7 Liability
Full liability for injury to life, body, health and intentional/gross negligence. For slight negligence: limited to foreseeable damages from breach of material obligations. Advisory results are not legal, tax or financial advice. Sole liability: GOTT WALD Holding LLC (not Mathias Gottwald personally).
§ 8 Intellectual Property
Deliverables remain property of GOTT WALD Holding LLC until full payment. Simple, non-transferable licence upon payment. SMALL TALK content may not be redistributed.
§ 9 Confidentiality
“Confidential by default.” Both parties keep all information received confidential.
§ 10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Georgian law applies (excl. CISG). For consumers: mandatory consumer protection of residence country applies (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation). Consumer jurisdiction at consumer's domicile.
§ 11 Dispute Resolution
EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration. Contact: office@gottwald.world.
